Slag and Nacre features city scape materials like concrete, steel, and road salt; this collection is the pearl that's been growing inside of me from living in this sandy, gritty rust belt town. Organic chaos meets minimalist design inspired by brutalist minutia; sidewalk squares, rusted pipes, and discarded building materials are all echoed here. There is magic in the flowers that push through cracks in cement, and in the rainbow of an oil slick.
